Jennifer Maroni, a born and raised Staten Islander, has done most of her work in the surrounding neighborhoods; Saint George, Tompkinsville, Stapleton, Ward Hill, and both West and New Brighton, where she grew up. She believes in the “PAD Principle”: Proximity, Affordability and Diversity.
Representing both home buyers and sellers, she has generated over $12,000,000 in sales, with much more in commercial and rental listings. She is one of the few realtors on Staten Island to be certified AHWD, At Home With Diversity. She is also a recipient of the Priscilla Toth Scholarship from the New York State Association of Realtors.
She started her real estate career on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan in 2013, but switched to Gateway Arms Realty in 2015, earned her broker’s license while there and has been a proud member of the Gateway Arms team ever since!
She is a member of the executive board of the St. George Civic Association and chair of the Public Safety committee; the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for the Staten Island Board of Realtors; a member of the Minority Women’s Business Association of Staten Island; the Pride Center of Staten Island; and the Community Advisory Board of Callen-Lorde Community Health Center.
