Renee Maggio

Renee Maggio started her real estate career in 1998 as a sales office administrator at 80 Bay Street Landing. With over 100 units, it was Renee’s objective to lease all apartments in under a year. It was a challenge, as the units were not selling previously and St. George was not considered prime location. Renee kept detailed records of potential tenants awaiting the next available unit. She worked closely with the developers, leading her to the monopoly she has today. In under a year, Renee leased all the units at Bay View Towers, and then began selling to prospective buyers. Because of Renee’s expertise in finding tenants their ideal home, a number of them purchased their unit as well as additional units.

Renee has an intense focus on the Landing, where she met many wonderful people who became lifetime friends. Many of her original tenants and homeowners still reside at Bay View Tower. While the 80 Bay Street Landing office closed due to the completion of sales, Renee still works directly with homeowners as their prime sales and rental agent to date. Many units have been sold, re-sold, and leased throughout her years at the Landing.

Renee gives personalized service to her clients. She works closely with the two superintendents, the management company, and established doormen; a great team has been formed at the Landing, and Renee finds it such a pleasure and experience working within this team unit. Renee never moves on once the sale or rental is complete. She ensures that she is accessible to all previous homeowners and tenants for any reason. She calls this her “white glove service. “

Renee calls Bay View Towers her second home, and considers herself blessed to be a part of the Landing for so many years. She currently has a ‘wait list’ for buyers waiting for the next available sale. Renee works with any buyer and investor, usually having a potential tenant awaiting the next unit. She has wonderful stories from her surplus years at the Landing, and truly enjoyed being the “in house” agent for the Landing. It was Renee’s love for the Landing that makes her job worth all the effort, and is well known by all her clients. She is always a simple phone call away.

Renee graduated from the College of Staten Island in 1993 and is proud to call herself a single mom for almost 30 years. She has two wonderful, beautiful daughters and has been blessed with a charming grandson in 2012 and beautiful granddaughter in 2015. Her family is her proudest accomplishment. Renee’s luxury in life is working out at the gym, gardening, vacations, and relaxing days at the beach. Her main goal is to have “happy clients.” Renee has received numerous “Top Producer Awards” in her field over the years.
